Found my first shed of the year!

thats a nice shed im going to be heading out next week as soon as the snow start to melt

Thats awesome! im heading out over spring break to see if i can find any, but i usually do not have to much luck when i go..

well day two of shed hunting. no luck, the only shed i found was still on the head of a deer that was dead. wanted to hit the pines but i saw some deer run into them and with the dogs loose i didn't want to chase my dogs down. so that just gives me some area to cover on my next days off.

My son found a shed this week in our WILDLIFE PERFECT food plot. First one that he has ever found. We were really excited about it. I have trailcam pictures of this buck. He's already "claimed" it as his buck for next deer season.

congrats to him my son found his first last year. i put it on a plaque and hung it in his room with the date and where he found it. we have been back to that same tree 4 times this year he thinks he will find another there i tried to tell him it doesnt always work that way.

Just had two bucks with thier antlers still on run in front of me on my way home from work. Last weekend was the first I have been looking for sheds and now know why I didnt find any. I think I will wait a couple of weeks.

Found the match to the shed that  my son found, this past Saturday. It was within 50 yards of where Zack found the first one. Found 2 more sheds this afternoon adjacent to the Wildlife Perfect plot. It sure was the HOTSPOT during the deep snow of February. That makes us 4 so far this spring. Still can't catch Leatherwood!!!

you might catch me!   i have been shedless these past few days.  Went out today and found nothing.

0 sheds so far in 42 hours of looking.  I'm having a horrible year.

i havent found any yet either andy they should turn orange after they fall off lol

Found one while we were crow hunting, but have been shut out when I am actually looking.  Hey Thwack Master, you got that dog trained to find them yet?

On Tursday the 18th, I was on my way back from putting up turky blinds and I found half a four point.  Now I need crutches to walk and the ground is way too soft.

Saw a buck this morning still carrying both sides.  Just a young buck, looked to be a 4 or 6.  None the less, still on his head.

yeah one of my trail camera pictures had a buck with his left side atleast. just a little guy tho. i got the picture early this morning
